SCULPTURE_BIO

Sea music. Laning Vein. This block was selected to explore the wave concept at a larger scale. Partly inspired by a treble clef, it gives a greater sense weight and power balanced by a flowing delicacy. It gives voice to the song of the sea. Again, I have used ‘Stoke Ground’ Bath Stone for the plinth, giving structural stability to an otherwise vulnerable, delicate form.
